ENDORSEMENTS:
"There is no truth more relevant to the modern church than the work of the blessed Holy Spirit. To remove that work from the public square to the back room is not only blasphemous, but is a serious denial of the very power needed to confront Satan's 21st century schemes. Professor Kanaga's scholarly work encourages a new personal Pentecost."
--Rev. Vernon Marks, Dist. Supt. of Oregon, AOG
"This new book gathers in one place the personal testimony, the historical apologetics, and the biblical interpretation characteristic of classical Pentecostal authors. The book will appeal especially to those interested to sample how classical Pentecostal writers think and write. Not aiming to engage the newer, more technical analyses of Pentecostalism, the book rather reflects the spiritual and literary heritage of what is now the second largest sector of Christianity, after the Roman Catholic Church."
--Russell P. Spittler, Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs (Interim), Vanguard University
"...This work affirms the Scriptural authority underlying Pentecostal experience. [It] will influence you through its strong conviction that the Pentecostal experiences described in the book of Acts, and the gifts of the Spirit displayed in 1 Corinthians 12 - 14, are not only meant for modern Christians, but also are given as a precursor to the return of Jesus Christ."
--Dr. George O. Wood, General Secretary of The General Council of The Assemblies of God
