Marriage Seminars/Retreats/Workshops:

Bill and Nancie do these as a couple. They have written two marriage books: "That Man! Understanding the Differences Between You and Your Husband" and "Lord, Bless This Marriage, Praying for the Presence of God in Your Marriage." In their teaching, they deal with keys to a successful marriage relationship, how to get from where you are now to where God wants you to be; how to define a truly good marriage; dispelling the myth of contemporary "happiness," and many other key topics. They also include lots of small group discussion with primer questions.

Parenting Seminars/Retreats/Workshops:

This seminar is based on the book Seven Habits of a Healthy Home, written by Bill Carmichael. In it, he talks about the seven key ingredients that make a home a healthy environment to raise Godly children. These seven keys include: A healthy home is a place of Refuge, Boundaries, Connection, Celebration, Character Formation, Legacy, and Purpose. This seminar requires at least two evenings and is most effective if spread over about four sessions accompanied with small group discussion. This seminar can be done with Bill alone or the Carmichaels also do it as a couple. In addition, this seminar offers a "Prayer Summit for Families" that has become a powerful source of healing for families in crisis. Included in this emphasis will be the Carmichaels' best-selling book, Lord, Bless My Child, Praying for the Character of God in Your Child.

Traveling separately, Bill and Nancie do a limited number of men's and women's retreats. Nancie's retreats for women have taken her all over the United States and Canada and virtually to every denomination. Her personal style and vulnerable way of letting the listener feel her heart has been very effective in reaching out to women of all ages and at all stages of life. Writer's Seminars/Retreats/Workshops:

Together, Bill and Nancie have written thirteen books. Tyndale House Publishers, Crossway Books, Thomas Nelson, and Harvest House have published them. In addition, they are the founding publishers of Good Family Magazines that published Virtue, a Christian magazine for women, and Christian Parenting Today. They continue to be called upon to write magazine articles for a variety of both Christian and secular magazines. They are regular contributors to Becoming Family Magazine, P.E. Weekly, and Woman's Touch Magazine. They have been the guests at several writer's seminars, helping writers connect with readers and teaching writers how to get their material published.

Speaker Fees:

In most situations, Bill and/or Nancie are willing to come on an honorarium or free-will offering basis, plus expenses. There are some exceptions to this, but this is the usual arrangement. They are booked well in advance, so it is best to contact them via email with any speaking inquiries.
